Prior to joining Valegis, Karin Wörsdörfer-Nestby (1971) gained vast experience working for five years as a lawyer for one of the largest law firms in The Netherlands and several years for commercial companies, including a multinational copy and photo equipment company as well as a leading Dutch research organization.
Karin advises and litigates primarily in the field of general contract law and company law and specializes in drafting, evaluating and negotiating commercial contracts in various areas. During her career her practice has gained a substantial international dimension.
Karin has successfully completed the "Professional Education for Company Lawyers" and due to her years of experience in the different areas of trade and industry, Karin is a professional discussion partner for entrepreneurs and takes a pragmatic approach to handling their commercial interests.
