Tim van der Maas (1969) has been practicing law since 1994 and is a co-founder of Valegis Advocaten. His clients consist of a diversity of (family) companies which include production companies, franchise chains and investors. Tim advises on and assists with mergers and takeovers, corporate structures, drafting of contracts and commercial litigation. Tim finds it of great importance to invest enough time to obtain a thorough knowledge of his client's businesses.
Tim is a member of various boards and committees and is regularly invited to speak at seminars and meetings.
