Trademark infringement
Trademark owners are regularly confronted with infringements, the quality of which is sometimes so poor that safety risks arise. Infringements must therefore be dealt with. The deadlines for action are often short and the stakes are high.
Evidence gathering is important and we can assist in this as well. Tackling infringements of IP-rights usually involves summary proceedings that may involve confiscation.
Important here is that in intellectual property cases it may be possible to recover the actual costs incurred (including those of the lawyer!).
