Rights of the data subject

The data subject has a number of rights in order to ensure the right to privacy. These include, among others:

• The right to information in a concise, transparent, comprehensible and easily accessible form and in clear and simple language;
• The right to rectification;
• The right to be forgotten;
• The right to oppose profiling; and
• The right to data portability.
