Armando has been a lawyer since 2001. Armando started his career as a lawyer at one of the largest law firms in the Netherlands, where his primary focus was on liability and litigation. In 2004 Armando moved to a midsized law firm in the region of The Hague, where he has developed special skills as an advisor and sparring partner for entrepreneurs and legal counsels on various legal issues relating to contract law and liability.

In 2008 Armando graduated cum laude from the in-depth Post Academic course ‘enterprise and liability’ at Grotius Academy.

In 2015 Armando joined Valegis Advocaten where he broadened his scope to mergers and acquisitions. He is very experienced in leading deal-teams and setting up corporate structures. His client base includes enterprises in horticulture, energy, construction and real estate.

Armando likes to share the passion for his profession with entrepreneurs and legal counsels by giving (in-house) trainings.

Armando is a member of several associations, such as VASR (Association of litigation lawyers) and VARA (Association of agricultural lawyers).

Armando stands for pragmatism and has a focus on solutions. If however legal proceedings turn out to be inevitable you will find in him a passionate litigator.
