After starting her career at a large law firm in the north of the country in 2007, Natascha Niewold joined Valegis Advocaten in 2011.

Natascha has specialised in employment law and has also kept her knowledge of corporate law up to date. In her employment law practice, she advises companies, institutions and individuals on the full range of subjects in this field – from recruitment to dismissal – and conducts proceedings where necessary. This knowledge and experience often proves valuable when she deals with more corporate law issues, such as disputes within contractual relationships and company takeovers. Within both areas of law there is ‘the AVG’ (General Data Protection Regulation) and that is why Natascha has also studied privacy law in recent years.

In 2013 Natascha graduated cum laude from the PALA (the Post-Academic Course in Employment Law) at Erasmus University Rotterdam. In 2018, she completed the program ‘Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO)’ of IIR – Institute for International Research cum laude.

Natascha is a member of the Vereniging voor Arbeidsrecht (VvA), the Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Amsterdam (VAAA) and the Vereniging Privacyrecht (VPR) and is also active on the board. She is a member of the board of Lionsclub Amsterdam ‘t IJ.
