Benthe has been working as a legal assistant at Valegis Advocaten since October 2024. She completed her master’s degree in Internet, Intellectual Property, and ICT at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where she wrote her thesis on the territoriality of the EU trademark. Benthe completed internships at various law firms during her studies, focusing on intellectual property law and IT law. Additionally, she worked as a Trademark Assistant, managing trademark portfolios and supporting clients with trademark registrations.
