Deborah is a passionate real estate lawyer in both the advisory and litigation practice. She focuses mainly on project development, construction law, sale/purchase issues, (sub) contracting disputes and lease related matters. Quick analyzation of complex problems is her strength.

Deborah is also experienced in litigating civil issues, such as disputes between owners and lessors, purchase contract issues, including the problems of non-conformity and (hidden) defects as well estate agents’ liability. She also advises and litigates in rental law for residential and commercial properties.

Deborah graduated in Private Law and Business Law from Erasmus University in Rotterdam and followed a part of her studies at Santa Clara University in California, United States. Deborah has been a lawyer since 2013 and joined Valegis Advocaten in May 2021. In her spare time, Deborah likes to spend time cycling and theatre.

Deborah is a member of the Association of Young Real Estate Lawyers (VJOJ).
