Julia assists companies in intellectual property issues, with special attention to trade marks, copyright, trade names, designs and domain names. In addition, she advises, mediates and litigates in matters relating to unfair commercial practices, misleading advertising and adjacent commercial areas.

Julia understands the balance of forces that companies have to deal with and has a keen eye for  the nature and objectives of her clients. With expertise in the field of strategy, Julia offers significant added value at every stage of the life cycle of her clients’ products and services. From concept and creation to exploitation and enforcement. Julia is very experienced in advising on the protection and exploitation of brands, logos, product design and other forms of trade dress. In addition, she has experience with all kinds of (national and international) infringement disputes. In 2020 Julia completed the postgraduate specialization course ‘Intellectual Property and Procedural Law’ at the S.K. Martens Academy.
