Tim van der Maas has been a lawyer since 1994 and is founder of Valegis Advocaten.

Tim practices contract and corporate law (including IP) with an emphasis on the franchise sector and family owned businesses.

His client base also includes production companies and organisations in the health care service industry. Tim advises in relation to mergers and takeovers, corporate structures, drafting of contracts and commercial litigation.

Tim finds it of great importance to invest enough time in obtaining thorough knowledge of his client’s businesses. Tim is a member of various boards and committees. He is regularly invited to speak at seminars and meetings. Tim is also a passionate golfer.
